一、程序
    1、开机步骤：打开计算机显示器、打印机，然后打开测厚仪开关，启动FIM软件。   

    2、关机步骤退出FIM软件，关闭测厚仪，关闭计算机，显示器、打印机，关闭总电源。
    3、打开仪器后必须进行不少于30分钟的仪器预热。
    4、将样品放在测量台上，调整焦距选择合适的产品程式对样品进行测量。

二、注意事项：
    1、注意样品的放置原则和对底材的“校正”和“修正”等事项。       

    2、每星期应做一次基准测量。
    3、保持仪器的清洁，做好仪器的维护和保养工作。
