高低温交变湿热试验箱操作规程 
一.开机步骤： 

1.将配电柜电源打开。 
2.打开冷却塔电源及供水开关。（如果是风冷则不需此步骤） 

3.将试验箱的“总电源”开关合上。 
4.按下机器正面面板上的“电源开关”，控制系统将通电。

 二.注意事项 
1.在操作当中，除非有绝对必要，请不要打开箱门，

   否则可能导致下列不良的后果： ·高温气流冲出箱外，造成烫伤。 ·高温空气可能触发火灾报警，产生误动作。 ·箱门内侧仍然保持高温，造成烫伤。 
2.试验箱在安装时箱体外壳必须接地，如果试验箱没有接地，一旦漏电则会非常危险。 

3.避免15分钟内关闭再开启冷冻机。 
4.如果箱内放置发热试品时，试品电源控制请使用外加电源，不要直接使用本机电源。放入高温试料作低温试验时应注意：开启箱门时间要尽可能的短。 
5.电路断路器和超温保护器是提供本机测试品以及操作者的安全保护，需要定期检查。 

6.绝对禁止试验**性，可燃性及高腐蚀性物质。 

7.照明灯除必要时打开外，其余时间应关闭。 

8.在做低温前，应将工作室檫干。 
9.在垂直于主导风向的任何截面上，试验负载截面面积之和不应大于该处工作截面的三分之一。 
10.本试验箱在刚开始一周内做高温时有烟雾及异味排除均属正常现象，因为试验箱在制造时，使用的钢板上面有润滑油，所以新的试验箱在刚开始使用高温时会产生油烟被烤产生的异味。 
11.试验结束后不要立刻打开工作室大门，以免遭受热气流对操作人员的冲击。如必须马上取出试验样品，必须佩带隔热手套，以免烫伤。 
12.所有试样应均匀放置，试验的放置应保证工作室有效空间内。 
13.在插、拔试验箱与计算机的通讯接口连接线时，必须先关闭计算机电源决不允许带电插拔。带电插拔有可能造成仪表通讯口或电脑通讯口损坏。 

14.试验工作结束，不用试验箱时，务必管带总电源开关。 
15.如试验箱不配备加湿功能，阅读说明书时注意区别使用和要求上的不同。 
16.本系列产品制冷方式为风冷，为单机和双机，其说明书为风冷，单、双机通用型。阅读说明书时注意区别使用和要求上的不同。 
17.说明书中的“R404A”是指制冷系统中的“高温级”，“R23”是指制冷系统中的“低温级”，使用的制冷剂分别是“R404A”和“R23”。 
18.具有照明功能的试验箱，照明灯不宜常亮。部分高温箱由于试验温度在150度以上，所以不安装照明灯，面板上的开关没用。
