交变盐雾试验箱喷雾器应满足的要求 
盐雾沉降量做为交变盐雾试验箱的核心指标，其影响盐雾沉降量的主要原因是喷雾器，那盐雾试验箱的喷雾器应满足： 

一、应选择能产生细微、润湿和密集雾粒的喷雾器。制造喷雾器的材料应不与盐溶液发生反应。      

二、喷雾后的盐溶液除挡板挡回的以外不得重复使用。      

三、若喷雾采用压缩空气，则要求： 
     1、进入喷雾器的压缩空气必须先清除杂质，例如油污和沙尘等。 
     2、适当调整喷雾压力，使盐雾沉降量满足：在试验连续雾化8h后，有效空间的任意位置，用水平面为80cm2的干净收集器，所收集的盐雾溶液每小时平均应为1.0至2.0ml。收集器的数量至少为2个，其安放位置不应受到试验样品的遮盖，并应防止任何其他来源的凝聚液进入收集器的规定。      

     3、为了防止结晶盐堵塞喷雾口，喷雾口的空气相对湿度应不低于85%。为此，可让空气以小气泡的形式通过一个装有水的净化补湿器。水温不得低于试验温度。
